Rebuilding Trust

Where there are great challenges, God’s people

show great faith in our great God. That faith is built on

trust, believing God has been working in the lives of

His people. “Trust = belief in the reliability, truth, ability,

or strength of someone.”

Nehemiah saw the brokenness of his nation and

formulated a plan to restore Judah. He trusted that

with the help of God’s people, the nation would

accomplish this great feat. But what he needed was

workers, wall-to-wall workers. Ones who would stand

“next to him” to see the restoration of God’s great city.

Nehemiah needed workers. The same can be said

for the Church today.
